Responsibility

• I am managing the last and first mile operations of 48 Hubs of Flipkart network and 3 DC and 53 dexters of Myntra network across the Hyderabad region, with a volume of 2 lakh shipments per day.
• Expanding the reach and optimizing the network is the major KRA
• Building a resilient team and training them to keep up to date with the industry standards
• Optimizing the last and first mile cost through various network initiatives and developing flex capacities.

Achievements

• Won best metro award during the 2023 BBD Awards and that was for the first time Hyderabad as region won this title.
• Recorded a highest HC reporting of 2.3 K WMs in a single day, this is for the first time Hyderabad has achieved that number.
• Expanded the Hyderabad region reach to 95%.

• I was managing the first mile and last mile operations of 4 districts in Andhra Pradesh with 74 hubs handling a volume of 1.2 lakhs shipments a day.
• Expanding the reach and optimizing the network is the major KRA
• Building a resilient team and training them to keep up to date with the industry standards
• Optimizing the last and first mile cost through various network initiatives and developing flex capacities

Achievements

• Optimized the CPS (cost per shipment) from Rs 19.27 to Rs 16.01 by identifying the highly dense routes with less distance and reworked on rate card.
• I was the runner up in Pan India Trueflex Model scaleup Project on 2022.
• Increased the pincode reach by setting up lean hubs and building partners to expand the satellite network

• Ensure smooth running of end to end logistics operations of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
• Responsible for client SLA's and TAT
• Finalization of LTL sites, manpower, fleet, training, resource planning specifically for big sale events. Expanded reach in ROTN by establishing Salem , Tirchy, Tirunelveli, and Coimbatore.
• Responsible for cost reduction and increasing productivity of the region.
• Handled the continuous improvement projects w.r.t., floor management and successfully implemented FLMS ( Facility layout management system ) across all sites in the region
• Monitoring the security parameters across the region , achieved "ZERO" L-PA ( Lost package in audit ) in 5 out of 10 branches.
• Drafted a training schedule for all the new joiner and introduced everyday training as part of the job role.

• Complete Management of all the 4 products of the company in a region. (Surface Express, Air Express, Ecommerce, Warehousing )
• Responsible for improvement of EBITDA and hence enhance Profit of the Company
• New Vendor Development and Vendor Retention (Pick Up, Delivery, Feeder Line haul vendors )

• Increasing Capacity and capability by hiring new warehouses, Vendors, Franchisees to manage increasing load smoothly.
