• Worked at Teleperformance Global limited for Analyst(Escalation Engineer) Level 1 Technical support from February 2022 - July 2022 .
• My Role was Triager. I need Clustering , Segregating and Categorizing similar issues by attaching tags for user feedback on client product.
• Broke down and evaluated user problems, using test scripts, attachments of images/videos, personal expertise, and probing questions.
• If it necessary I need to Escalate the issue to the Higher Technical Team or my Supervisor.
• My Responsibilities are

• 3)Maintain Average Turn around Time.

My Work Achievements are

• My Daily Target resolving issues like750-800 in normal days and in Business days around 1000-1200 .
• My TAT is 12-15second per issue.
• I always maintain my productivity as 100% without missing deadline
• I work for multiple products at a time including my own product when ever team requires me.
• Actively participate in Referral program and cultural activities conduct by the company.
