• Tracking global logistics performance and ensuring freight compliance.
• Monitoring warehouse operational KPIs to drive efficiency.

• Leading a team of 9 Data Visualization specialists, delivering high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
• Participating actively in backlog grooming, refinement sessions, and sprint planning meetings with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
