Project Description:

The Implementation project is a move of Nexant Core HR from Nexans’s PeopleSoft system to Oracle Fusion applications. All persons, employee, job & assignments information for Nexant Should be loaded from People Soft on premise to Fusion HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Nexant software, consulting and services leader that provides solutions to utilities, energy enterprises, chemical companies and entities worldwide Strive to implement Oracle Cloud HCM.

  • Extensively worked on BI Reports.
  • Responsible for understanding the business requirements and translating into technical design.

Famous EME Consulting Engineering Group, originated in New York, United States (USA) engaged Strive in Enhancing Oracle Fusion Application. This project is an On-premises deployment of fusion apps hence there were a lot of custom customizations and interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in every aspect of the project life cycle, including collaborative requirement gathering, development, upgrade, unit test plan, and migrating the component to the new release.
  • Enhanced and developed numerous OTBI/BIP reports.
  • Implementing customizations and unit testing the standard functionality.
  • Data Transfer Scripts and Validation setups for deployment.
  • Responsible for developing and migrating all custom interfaces & conversions.
