  • Key focus on customer relationship management to provide agreed service deliveries in TAT & meet the client's KPI and SLA
  • Property management operations in Security, Safety, Soft service, Incident & Accident management, Emergency Procedures, Training, Asset management, Loss prevention, Emergency Mock drills, Traffic & Logistic operations, handling Projects, Construction and Fit out security operations, Business Continuity Plan, VIP visits & CRM management, implementing various security measures of emergency situations like Fire & Safety, Earthquakes, Bomb threats, riots, Risk Assessment & Crisis Management etc.
