My role involves managing a large 530-acre farm, focusing on the care and development of young bulls with superior germplasm for high milk yield. I am responsible for the following key tasks:

• Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring the health, nutrition, and overall care of the young bulls and Fodder production on the farm.
• Managerial role: Managing seven office staff and eighteen laborers to ensure the optimum utilization of resources for generating farm income, and monitoring a seamless workflow.

• Oversee animal health and well-being by conducting clinical examinations, disease diagnosis, and administering appropriate treatments to livestock.
• Implement and monitor government veterinary programs at the grassroots level, ensuring effective execution and maximum benefit to the farming community.
• Promote farmer awareness through education on animal husbandry, disease prevention, vaccination schedules, and best livestock management practices.
• Manage and supervise dispensary staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain a high standard of veterinary care, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate health records, prepare reports, and collaborate with government and agricultural agencies to control disease outbreaks, and improve animal health.

• Provided technical training and guidance to sales representatives on newly launched drugs and their applications.
• Collected and analyzed market feedback on released products to inform continuous improvement and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Monitored competitor activity, including successful new formulations and product launches, to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Developed and recommended technical strategies and formulation improvements to enhance product competitiveness and effectiveness.
• Acted as a key liaison between production, marketing, and sales teams to align technical knowledge with market needs.
