  • Leading the change management post Spin-off for India and APAC countries for Sandoz P&O Operations.
  • Implement and manage high quality, centralized, standardized and automated payroll & time operations for clients and end-users in a partial outsourced service model in designated cluster of countries.

  • PO BP – Partnered with them to drive adoption of ONS and Mobi. Included their views to improvise the NOC process.
  • TAS & IT – Streamlined the H2O process to ensure on time and in full Onboarding for new hires.
