A- Marketing Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote EVAME
products and services in Nigeria.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends,
and use the insights to drive marketing initiatives.
Manage and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback
to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to marketing collateral, including brochures,
presentations, and website content.
Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and
conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation,

B- Administrative Management
Oversee general administrative functions, such as office maintenance, supplies
procurement, and facilities management.
Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and
productivity within the organization.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings,
preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Manage human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance
evaluations, and employee training and development.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all
administrative operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.
Monitor and manage office technology systems, ensuring their proper functionality
and troubleshooting any issues.
Establishment of bank reconciliation on the Nigerian banking system
Establishment of letter of credit, documentary remittance and payment by
confirmation line
Preparation of files for the Dollar auction at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in
collaboration with our domiciliation banks FCMB, Zenith Bank and Ecobank
respectively.Preparation of payment operations both at the cash desk and at the bank.
