• Design reviews, vendor acceptance test and installation and commissioning of packing pick and place, carton making, carton sealing, palletizing and shrink wrap machines.
• Line event data system implementation for packing machines.
• Coordinate with design company, OEM, installation contractor and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Schedule management
• Preparing commissioning protocols and closing project with close out reports, defects fixing.

I was project manager for Feminine care BU and responsible for the following

• Prepare capital forecast basis future capacity increase needs, do BVOA, NPV analysis to optimize capital. Secure capital and prepare project implementation plan.
• Identify and execute productivity improvement projects (packing automation, digitization projects)
• Implement engineering interventions of R&D driven product and packing improvement projects
• Lead 3 converter lines, 4 high speed packing machines and end of line automation projects using COBOTS.
• Total capital managed in this role was 125,00,00,000 INR( $ 15,000,000)

Power and controls technology leader for Asia region and responsible for the following

• Manage front end engineering of Power and control projects for 8 plants in Asia
• Controls master planning and controls technology platform management for the region(Power system Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley and E&H, Rosemount)
• Power and controls capability management for the region, skill matrix preparation, skill assessment and organizing training
• On ground support for regional priority projects in Indonesia Vietnam, Philippines, India.

Power and controls engineer for ($ 30,000,000) green field project and utility manager. I was responsible for the following

• Design, procurement, VAT, installation and commissioning of Power system( 20 MVA,66KV switch yard, PCC, MCC, Diesel generator,building electrical) for a multi-BU manufacturing plant
• Design, procurement, VAT, installation and commissioning of controls system(PLC, Process instruments, control panels for a dry laundry plant and shampoo plant)
• Utility manager for a multi-BU plant(Switch yard, Diesel generators, Chillers, compressors, water system)
• Capability building and utility team management.
