• After working as a Basis consultant for a year, I was awarded a new role in this project as a representative of the stone branch monitoring team.
• Currently leading a team of 5, we directly report to the client regarding task failures and system performance.
• As a Stone Branch monitoring consultant, I am responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the Stone Branch production server and making sure all the tasks are running as per schedule.
• This role expects to handle and troubleshoot errors(Priority-2),contact the respective functional team (Eg: DENDODO,BOOMI,BW), rectify the issue and clear the incident in service now.
• Starting and stopping respective server tasks (Eg: CPQ, DENODO) during patching activities or migrations.
• Pulling in the respective functional members/stakeholders of the project during a Priority 1 call and troubleshooting the error with their interference.
• Transferring the workflow bundles from DEV to the UAT server and monitoring their progress.
