Product Manager – Agile Delivery in the ETD Domain

Serving as Product Manager within an Agile program comprising five PODs, each focused on distinct phases of the trade lifecycle in Integrated Life Cycle Services space. The initiative aims to enhance existing platforms and integrate new applications to improve client satisfaction, ensure seamless product delivery, and uphold stringent data security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop New Work Requests (NWRs) and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business goals.
• Draft high-level business requirements and use cases to guide development.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, accurately estimated, prioritized, and sprint ready.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to coordinate release planning, on-call support, and issue triage.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, offering functional guidance and domain expertise.

Project Highlights:

🔹 Reporting Application – Clearing & Data Management Platform
Led the product upgrade and restructuring of a platform supporting client onboarding, permissioning, account/product/broker mappings, and reporting. Partnered with the Scrum Master and development teams to articulate sprint outcomes, assess release impacts, and implement systems that mitigate data breach risks, and enhance operational resilience.

🔹 Managed File Transfer (MFT) Migration Project
Directed the end-to-end migration of ~1270 clients from legacy SFTP infrastructure to a modern Managed File Transfer solution with advanced cryptographic standards. Responsibilities included:

• Analyzing existing file transfer setups.
• Designing process maps for the new MFT architecture.
• Facilitating client and admin agreements, and onboarding.
• Overseeing testing, UAT, parallel runs, and production deployment.
• Ensuring a smooth transition and compliance across all stakeholders.

Intergrated Client Lifecycle Services Lead

• Led an 8-member team focused on client onboarding and permissioning within a client servicing capacity.
• Spearheaded the integration between client platforms and internal booking systems to ensure seamless trade receipt and allocation.
• Developed and implemented static data reference sets—including account, product, and broker mappings—to validate incoming trade files and establish automated, exception-based trade notifications.
• Engineered the reporting infrastructure for all in-scope clients, enabling secure delivery of intraday and T+1 reports. Configured both standard and customized layouts to meet client-specific payment and trade reporting requirements.

Key Achievements:

• Acted as the primary escalation point for team queries, onshore stakeholders, and external counterparties.
• Conducted process analysis and requirement gathering to produce Value Stream Mapping (VSM) flows, identifying optimization opportunities, and streamlining operations.
• Honored with the UNICORN Award for delivering strategic recommendations that enhanced the mapping of inbound and outbound data flows for clients.

Product Manager (SME)

• Directed a cross-functional team of eight SMEs across multiple operational queues to successfully deliver the Solutioning, Build, UAT, and Go-Live phases of the ROWE Project (Accenture–HSBC collaboration), driving L1 automation using Blue Prism on behalf of TCS.
• Partnered with Financial Crime Risk Management to investigate AML alerts and internal referrals, leveraging automation insights to enhance compliance workflows.
• Curated and structured complex customer and transaction data in alignment with federal regulations and internal banking standards, supporting risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Produced detailed investigative summaries with actionable recommendations, enabling informed decision-making for stakeholders across compliance and operations.

• Led daily settlement and reconciliation workflows for Prime Brokerage, ensuring timely execution of thousands of trades across European and Emerging Markets.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with account managers, clients, brokers, and custodians to proactively resolve trade settlement discrepancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversaw T+1 pre-matching processes, escalated critical issues to stakeholders, and drove the resolution of failing trades to mitigate risks related to buy-ins and interest claims.
• Contributed to the Change Management team, spearheading upgrades and optimization initiatives for internal tools, applications, and operational processes to improve scalability and reduce manual intervention.

G.E. Money Bank – Retail and Sales Finance Department:

• Collaborated across teams to support consumer lending products, including secured loans, and mortgages.
• Analyzed performance data for two key portfolios, and delivered actionable insights to stakeholders through dashboards.
• Leveraged lean tools and Excel modeling to identify trends, track KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
