  • Project Overview: This is Deloitte internal client Billing Project based on the services clients received and this Project is one of largest S/4 HANA implementation Project.
  • 1.This involves integration of different modules such as Employee master, Project Systems(WBS codes), Revenue Recognition, SD, FI, MM.
  • 2. Partners bill the client based on the revenue generated from employees who are charging time on the Project code.
  • 3.To arrive at billing the client step this involves multiple steps as below:

  • Project: Leveredge (Unilever)
  • Overview of Project: Unilever has maintained different sales locations(Sales organizations) based on the locations Client run the business with in the same country. Similar setups were done for all the countries. This Project is used by South East Asian countries such as VN,PH,KH,LA,ID
  • 1.Our application is the Central system where Sales leads can place orders and sales leads hire some salesman where salesman visit the customers and take orders from a device which gets synced to SAP system.
  • 2.As it has integrated systems we sync the details such as discounts and pricing and product hierarchy , Master data details to lower systems and capture the orders received from lower systems through interfaces and payloads.
  • 3. The discounts can be uploaded from our application or some upper stream application which gets triggered through idocs and the failed idocs would undergo manual processing.
  • Key Developments Handled:
  • 1.As part of interface from up stream system one payload used to be for longer in queue which is piling up the queue and disturbing the users actions during billing.
  • Enhanced some additional logic which improved the performance up to 70%.
  • 2.XML interfaces and monitoring IDOCs., Maintaining Batch job set up for daily weekly jobs Also worked on system improvement plans such as Standard SAP program SDRQCR21.
  • 3.Automatic creation of condition records on trigger of inputs from Interface.
  • 4.Customizing fields introduction for condition types and Condition records creation and condition determination in sales order.
