  • Commissioned a retail outlet in the heart of town by awarding the dealership to a cooperative society of Pondicherry Govt. working in unison with their bylaws and the dealership guidelines of the IOCL.
  • Commissioned two strategic retail outlets in the highly dense urban market of Pondicherry regularly liasioning with the district authorities, town planning authorities and other central and state statutory authorities including NGT and overcoming all other hindrance impeding the commissioning of these retail outlets. These outlets have contributed to 10 % of the petrol sales in the Urban market of Pondicherry.
  • Been a part of the two member need assessment committee for IOCL, Pondicherry and undertaken the CSR activities of a renovation of a primary Government school and upgradation of dialysis equipment in Govt. Hospital Pondicherry from conception stage.
  • Handled a team of 10 empaneled Capex contractors and carried out upgradation of RVI elements and sales data automation works to the turn of nearly 4 crores in a year.
  • Achieve nil dryouts by bridging the supply demand gap between the POL terminals (Supply points) and the 55 retail outlets by balancing a range of factors like RTD of supply point, combination of volumes between various products MS/HSD/E2 , optimizing the combination of company owned trucks and transported owned trucks and using the split load facility to its advantage.
  • Introduced a priority planning feature at the supply point planning department by introducing YVPRIORITY module in SD module of ERP which had been already implemented in other OMCs.
  • Onboarded entire fleet of Govt. departments including road transport corporation in Pondicherry into IOCL Xtrapower fleet program by a new strategic initiative of allotting a dedicated dispensing unit as per their fuel requirement with the retail outlets as per their geographical advantage and providing top loading facility at those retail outlets for facilitating doorstep filling thru bowsers.
