PARMLIB changes done for Early Code apply changes from the CICS and MQ side, Time change activity, Holiday calendar update in yearly basis, Cloning, RSU maintenance, Disk addition in Linux, CPU and Memory addition in zVM, Vswitch creation and addition, DASD format in zVM, Knowledge on zLinux

• Responsible to manage client’s System Z infrastructure hosting RTGS 24*7 online payment gateway system of Indian Central Bank Reserve Bank of India.
• Develop clients into trusting partners and function as single point of contact as any issues that arise within the enterprise Reserve Bank of India.
• independently performing most of the operational tasks like Z/OS Tasks, GDPS Tasks, Z/VM Tasks, Db2 database tasks, Middleware Tasks, Linux Operating system tasks and all the daily activities assigned.

GDPS Version Upgradation from Version 3.14 to Version 4.4.

GDPS Based replications Like PPRC, XRC, and GM along with Netview Panel Commands.

• This project is based on IBM System z Mainframe Technology, It deals with SAP-AMS HR Database processing via z/OS NFS application services. It mainly involves employee salary and HR data management tasks.
• Full database volume backup on Tape through Batch processing Jobs Addition of volumes to storage groups and creating JCL for same Analyzing MSTR file of DB2 Database and monitoring DB2 threads running on Lpars Actively Monitoring of Active and archive Logs Daily Operational Tasks as well as thorough health-checks of system like spool reduction, SMF dump clearance etc. Good knowledge of Tape Library functionality.
• Taking DB2 Archive logs backup into tape and deleting from system manually.
