• Working as a Extended Off-shore team by involving in all design and development activities for Z2 and Z3 underground Drilling Bolter & Jumbo Machines.
• Designing Duel Boom Drifter Machine ZJ32 Hydraulic systems.
• Also Involved in pilot Hydraulic project for Underground hard rock haulage machine like WX04
• Procurement Interactions with vendors for Hydraulic components like Hydraulic Oil coolers, Different functional Manifolds, Valves and Cylinders.

Along with the Design Activities, also looking into

• Resource Management activities like: work segregation, handling weekly timesheets, scheduling training scissions etc.,

Client: CONTINENTAL AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES-USA

• CAD conversion project, Engine Head and related casting components like Blocks, Fly wheel, crank shafts, pistons & Cylinders.
• Component Modeling using Hand drawn legacy drawings by introducing latest design and detailing standards.
• PLM activities for new designs and drawings.

• Worked for I & SS Joliet project, which deals with Hydraulic cylinder, pump, and valve Model standardization.
• Experience in designing load-bearing structures, welding structures, etc.
• led a team of five, Standardizing legacy models and drawings and releasing into the system was the main objective of the project.
• Involvement in biweekly and weekly customer calls regarding the status of quality improvement plans and actions.
• Responsible for OTD, volume, and quality.

• TOOL: CREO (SDP Fluid Lines) Hydraulics
• Worked as Hydraulics design engineer for MEC, HEDC and Team Perkins design control in CAT facility (EDCI)
• Expertise in SDP fluid lines, End connector selections as per the hydraulic line medium and Hose dash details
• Expertise in DFMA and FMEA
• PLM Activities (Team Center) for all the NPI's and CPI's
• Concept Designs for Diesel Gensets and C-175 Engine lines
• Structural Design (Sheetmental) and detailing for HEDC, Responsible for Quality and timely deliverables.

• Worked as Hydraulics design engineer for MEC design control in CAT facility (EDCI)
• Proficient in SDP Fluid line routing design, using different compatible components such as hose and tube connectors and adapters based on working conditions
• I worked on different projects for the design of drain and boost lines for 14- and 16-cylinder engines used mainly for CAT D3500 series off-road trucks
• Worked on the end-to-end process for numerous engine lines from concept to drawing release.
• Also worked for C9 and C175 Engine drain line concept designs

• Designed and manufactured plastic injection moulds of about 25 numbers and press tools, which were used in-house
• I worked on various plastic injection molds, from 450-mm-long containers to multi-cavity injection molds.
• Various complicated molds were designed and assembled like

- Molds with side cores and molds with thread inserts are unscrewed by hydraulic mechanisms after the mold cycle.

- Molds with sleeve Ejections, mold Injection systems with Hot runners

• Participated in all kinds of design approval meetings to ensure the manufacturability of the designed mold or tool.
• Responsible for the quality of mold or component until the product passes the quality test.
