• Oversee complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, from requisition to payment, ensuring accuracy and efficient lifecycle management.

• Procure raw materials (CRNGO Core, A/C Variacs, O/C Variacs, Copper Enameled, Hardware), ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency for various projects.
• Analyze item specifications, prepare comparative statements, and generate purchase orders (POs), while engaging in supplier marketing to secure new RFQs and foster strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics, stores, and accounts departments to track material status, process bills, ensure timely MRN completion, and follow up on vendor payment releases.
• Conduct quarterly vendor assessments, maintain purchase order track sheets, and update pending material statements to ensure efficient procurement operations and on-time delivery.

About Company: (KSPL), is a 350,000 MTPA, Steel Billet Plant established by the Kamineni Group, for the production of high quality billets, in both round and square cross sections, for varied industrial segments

Key Result Areas:

• Procure raw materials (Refractories, Consumables, Non-Ferrous Materials, Steel Scrap, DRI) for plant operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Manage global imports (Steel Scrap, Manganese Metal Briquettes, Quick Lime) from suppliers in Australia, UAE, Germany, and the USA, overseeing documentation and delivery tracking at seaport regions.
• Coordinate with logistics, stores, excise, and accounts departments to ensure efficient material flow, process procurement certificates, and follow up on payment releases to vendors.
