Journeys in HCM allows a user to create a collection of tasks to facilitate a Business Process. Journeys can have tasks for different performers, owners and can be a very helpful tool to help with Onboarding.

• Understanding and resolving any functional and technical issues faced by the customers while implementing Journeys and various integration points like Eligibility Profiles, Activation Criteria, Fast Formulas, BIP Reports etc.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Profiles Management module in HCM allows a user to create and maintain their profile. Using role based access, a user can maintain their profiles which will then be available for reporting and can be used in different tasks like performance review.

• Aligned with staff members to develop, identify and achieve assigned goals and initiatives.

As a part of Rapid Implementation team, we are responsible for Enterprise Structures Configurator (ESC) module which takes care of the basic setup of an Enterprise.

• Preparing POCs for integration of new tools/technologies (UCM, FUSE, DIAGNOSTICS) to the existing module.
• Understanding and resolving any issues faced by the customers.
• Understanding and implementing the enhancements requested by the customers.
• Analyzed existing systems for potential improvements, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.

ETPS (Electronic Test Project Sheets) and DPLH (Development Part Life History) are simple login-based web applications, made using JSF, RichFaces and Spring to be deployed on JBoss Portal Server, used for CRUD test project sheets of various Engines across its test run(s).

• Developed scalable and maintainable code, ensuring long-term stability of the software.
