Project 1: Global Inventory, Demand, and S&OP Planning.

• Built and supported Anaplan planning applications to replace Excel-based global inventory and demand planning processes.
• Designed the Global Inventory Planning (GIP) solution, providing visibility into units, costs, and retail metrics to support inventory and financial impact analysis.
• Integrated inventory, sales projections, and company-wide sales targets to enable enterprise-level planning and decision-making.
• Developed core replenishment (rebuy) planning to support year-round demand and inventory planning for high-revenue, non-seasonal products.
• Implemented key inventory management and S&OP workflows, including DC outbound forecasting, e-commerce split planning, and DC-to-DC transfers.
• Built the DC Outbound Balance Set, a critical workflow supporting Inventory, Network Planning, and DC Operations teams.
• Supported Go-Live, hypercare, enhancements, and production support, ensuring stable business operations.

Project 2: Incentive Compensation Management

• Supported Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) operations across 22 markets and 8 global zones, spanning three business lines: Health Systems, Personal Health, and Sleep & Respiratory Care.
• Provided end-to-end Anaplan support for complex, multi-market, and multi-business incentive models, ensuring consistency while meeting regional and business-specific requirements.
• Managed and supported month-end incentive close activities across multiple zones, ensuring accurate payouts, timely execution, and strong cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Built and enhanced Anaplan models supporting Goal Sheets, Quotas, Proration logic, and Role Active-Days, aligned with varying compensation rules across regions and business units.
• Actively coordinated with zone SMEs, and regional stakeholders, to gather requirements, clarify dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Supported SIT, regional sign-offs, and Go-Live readiness for multiple APAC regions, ensuring high-quality delivery in a globally distributed setup.
• Contributed to Sales Incentive (SI) Plan automation enhancements across META, Japan, and LATAM, improving calculation accuracy, and reducing manual effort at scale.
• Delivered 10+ global enhancements, including new model builds, structural updates, and proration logic changes impacting multiple markets and business lines.
• Resolved complex production issues across regions, including quota setup, access management, and data discrepancies, maintaining high platform stability.
• Closed approximately 70 SNOW tickets within SLA, supporting operational stability across a large, globally distributed user base.
• Supported quarterly audit activities across regions, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and data integrity for all business units.
• Managed incidents, change requests for a global Anaplan, including release communications, and planned maintenance notifications.
• Created and maintained workspace and model inventories covering NAM and all international markets, improving transparency and governance.
• Provided continuous production support across time zones, ensuring business continuity for global sales teams.
