  • Developed and implemented strategic plans to manage these stores remotely with three member team
  • Working on project that reduces last mile cost. After three months of launch CPD was trending 139 INR for ROI stores. Current cost of stores is 97 INR and goal is 85 INR.
  • Leading 4 member team working out of these sites and everyone is managing across 2000 OPD from their individual cluster.
  • Worked on stores for expansion of ROI by working on topology changes with respect to delivery slot timing.
  • Launched 150 stores successfully with the expansion of 93 cities since Feb 2022 to Dec-2023
  • Working on Mechanisms which deliver result with the customer obsession by working individual with the clusters to reduce the concession to less than 1%.
  • Partnered on the project to make launches remote where the entire mechanism is handled on qulatrics and launches are done.
  • Set, enforced, and optimized SOP for the vertical in Supermarket as the stores are 3000sq ft, and HM are 8000 sq ft.
