Project Synopsis:

Service Execution platform(SEP) Application is designed to manage customer accounts and related details within Citibank. The application includes features for account creation, customer detail authorization, transaction type management, and approval workflows. The system also focuses on monitoring and approving customer transactions, ensuring that customer data is securely handled and integrated into Citibank's core banking system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tested the SEP application manually to ensure it worked as expected and met all requirements.
• Ran automated tests using Selenium and Java with a Cucumber BDD framework to speed up testing and make it more efficient.
• Created and executed test cases for both functional and regression testing, covering all features of account creation and customer transactions.
• Found and reported any issues or bugs, making sure they were fixed before the release.
• Worked closely with developers to understand the application and help fix problems.
• Set up automated tests to run regularly, ensuring the app stays bug-free with new updates.

Project Synopsis:

Global Customer & Account Repository(GCAR) application manages global customer and account data, loading source data into target tables for processing. The project involved working with feed files to ensure accurate data transfer from source to target based on customer and account information. Automation and comparison tasks were handled using Gates for efficient validation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tested the system manually to make sure customer and account data was loaded correctly from source to target tables.
• Automated data comparison using Unix scripts and SQL queries to validate the accuracy of data transfer.
• Created and ran test cases for both functional and regression testing to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Used GATES Tool to automate and compare source and target data for efficient validation.
• Worked with the development team to fix issues related to data loading and ensure everything was processed correctly.
