- Working in Collateral Management of Stock borrowing & Lending
- Making Calls to counter party to agree daily RQV, Reviewing and Responding to Margin Calls within Collateral Management system in timely manner
- Dealing with Tri-party and Bilateral Client for agreeing exposure
- Monitoring exposure and collecting collateral from counter parties when exposure is outline
- Working under time sensitive deadline, i.e., Market open & close (DTC, Switz & ECL)
- Managing the trades of equity & fixed income securities; including recalls & borrow bookings
- Performing reconciliation on disputes and Tracking trade settlement for new loans, returns and collateral
- Ensure to settle the collateral before market cut-offs by giving follow up with settlement teams & counterparties
- Updating about corporate actions to the client & swapping the collateral to avoid the tax impact Euro Clear (Pirum), Clear stream & JPM are Tri-Party agents using for matching criteria in triparty agreement
- Occasionally if have disturbances between counter party and us for agreeing RQV agreement need to check Pricing and Haircut issue
- Having basic knowledge of Bloomberg.
