Location Head and overall responsible for Admin activities along with the team like Housekeeping and Security Management, Vendor sourcing and Management, Help Desk Management, Safety & Security Management, Infrastructure setup, Employee Transportation, BCP and compliance

• Overall Supervision of routine administrative activities
• Ensuring on timely closure for all facility related issues
• Sourcing and Contract companies Management
• Maintenance of all relevant accounting books, records and files related to administration
• Ensuring facility manpower availability and deployment of the same
• Liaison with vendors for stationeries & other procurements for admin related activities
• Maintaining good relationship with all the teams such as Human Resource (HR),Procurement,
  Finance, Infra and Networking.
• Responsible for uninterrupted power supply
• Responsible for Cafeteria management
• Responsible for physical and environmental security of the office premises
• Exercise control over the material movement and asset management
• Insurance management and disaster management
• Responsible for Transport management
• Responsible for presenting MMR presentation on all Admin activites
