. Coordinating a team of five (5) for in handling airport activities

. Acts as a liaison between local authorities, regulatory bodies and

Ethiopian airlines

· Briefing, monitoring and insuring airline’s service providers meet it

standards and operational requirements

· Monitoring all Baggage Services related activities

· Follow up of all cargo shipments from reservations up to delivery and

insuring proper requirements are met during shipping particularly in

regards of safety and timeliness.

· Placing catering orders and insuring quality and timely delivery

Issuing travel ticket and advising customer on travel itinerary

· Handling and assisting passenger at check-in/boarding/transfer points at airport

• Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service.
