• Developed and maintained daily, weekly & monthly reports using AdvancedExcel
  & Microsoft Power BI for operations and Research teams.
• Collaborated with On-Shore stakeholders in developing KPIs & Metrics in for
  analyzing performance and to improve operational efficiency.
• Worked on the CKMS Database, extracted raw data, and streamlined Ad-doc
  requests by Data Cleaning, descriptive analytics using Pivot Tables, Text, Date and
  Time, LOOKUP Functions.
• Worked on MySQL Database for data requests and ad-hoc reporting.
  Contributed to a large-scale data cleaning project that enhanced the reliability of
