My Personnel
This project mainly deals with Dealership User Identity & Access Management that is to maintain and manage information about dealerships, employees in dealerships, and corporate users within the organization and manage access levels to the users. Users are created and access managed by using web application based on Java.
- I have involved in Leadership, Production support, user authorization, enhancements, implementation of Security measures such as OTP, CSRF prevention, API development for access management of users other than Dealership level. Access Modifications and User creations were also made available on other portals/systems by creating SOAP & REST web services.
My Operations
This application is a repository for dealership information. Dealers use this application to update their operational information, like addresses, hours of operation, phone, fax and email.
- I have involved in rewriting the application from struts to spring framework and acted as scrum master.
MyPBatch
This application has different batch jobs that run daily/weekly/yearly and provide data to third party applications via feeds and also we have some back end jobs which work exactly like web application transactions.
I have involved in,
- monitoring existing jobs
- developing new batch jobs to perform bulk transactions in application's new features
- developing data feeds to send out specific information to downstream applications
- suggested and implemented Autosys job configuration to reduce job monitoring costs
eLink
This application provides REST services to partner company to enable Single Sign-On by allowing user creation and synchronizing user data from both the portals.
- I have acted as scrum master and involved in Project Management, planning, Design and Design documentation, API development, Existing system analysis and partner system research to enable effective design, partner system's API integration with existing system.
TID Access Tool - Automation Project
This application is an Automation project to reduce manual effort spent on providing user access, mail notifications of access request justifications and approvals.
I have involved in,
- Data Analysis along with Reports, Dashboards using Power BI to showcase manual effort being spent on Access Management.
- Developing a POC with , Research and UI design with all forms, reports and functionalities that will be made available as part of the application along with operational cost reduction per annum.
- Stakeholder discussions, SOW, kickoff meetings, Project planning, estimations, time lines.
- Acted as Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Delivering the functionalities in phases - Once user submits the access request form, enabled multiple workflows for obtaining approvals with single click via mails. And, Batch jobs which can fetch data using REST services to provide access after all approvals in the non-business hours.
FieldAssist - Mobile App - POC
This is a Mobile application POC to demonstrate features that will be developed which will be useful for a Field User's Day to Day activities. Field User is a person who visits dealerships and offices for checks and audits.
As a Field User,
- He/she will be assigned a dealership to be audited by their supervisor as worklist.
- Provision of acknowledging the work and Dealership address will be shown on Maps (API Integration) and making calls to dealership about the visit via phone call from App.
- Record everything on available forms and draft the information/submit
- Record pictures of damages/requests of dealership employees with ability to upload
As a Supervisor,
- He/She assigns audit to field user.
- Can check on number of dealerships/ Business Centers available as per heirarchy via high charts.
- Review submitted audit reports. View/download required audit reports.
