I joined the Global Talent Operations team as an Assistant Manager responsible for driving Operational Excellence activities. I currently work with the global talent acquisition team (Avature) as a Program Manager who drives vendor and stakeholder relations efficiency. Having a comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem, I am known for identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, creating strong liaison with internal/external teams, and designing strategies to meet vision and implement them.
