• A clinical data management professional with around 3 years of experience in CDM following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions while performing the activity and ensure to provide the error free and quality data
• Ensuring the completeness, consistency and quality of the clinical trial data

Conduct activities:

• Backend check output review.
• Query management,Manual checks review
• SAE reconciliation,Third party data Reconciliation
• Report review- Inactivated data pages, Non-conformant data, and Special character report.
• Working on Clean Patient Tracker, Query Clarification Tracker, Data Handling Report, Data management plan and Snapshots for client meetings, timely drafting of minutes of meeting

Migration activities:

• Perform UAT in Q-test
• e CCG creation

Close out activities:

• Perform data review , cleaning and freezing activity
• Perform archival of important study documents checklist
