• Provide routine analytical support with online documentation in compliance to the set norms.
• Maintain GLP practices.
• Maintaining documents as per cGMP requirement.
• Maintaining the records of Standards, columns, LNBs and Instruments logbooks.
• Good knowledge on ICH guidelines, GLP and documentation procedures.
• Perform various analytical tests like Water content by KF, Assay, Dissolution, Blend Uniformity, Blend Assay, Content Uniformity and Related Substances.
• Good knowledge on performing Standard qualifications and Vendor qualifications.
• Responsible for doing calibrations of various equipment’s like Analytical balance, pH meter, Dissolution tester and HPLC.
• Had a good knowledge on handling of Chemiasoft LMS software (Electronic Laboratory Notebook).

• HPLC with UV, PDA detectors (Waters, Shimadzu and Agilent with Empower 2 & 3 software’s).
• UV-visible spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer with Lab solutions software, Shimadzu-2600 with Lab–India with UV-win software).
• Dissolution apparatus (LAB INDIA Disso DS-8000+ with Automatic Sample Collector and ELECTROLAB Dissolution Apparatus with Automatic Sample Collector and DISTEK Dissolution tester).
• KF Auto Titrator (Metrohm with Tiamo software).
• PH-Meter (Mettler Toledo, Thermo Scientific, Polmon).
• Analytical Balance (Mettler Toledo and Sartorius).
