Campaign Micro-Service

The Campaign component of Birdeye solves some really interesting problems. Embedding all the key components of a micro-service, this service drives on an event-based architecture and provides its own store and poll scheduling system complemented by a dynamic rule engine.

NEXUS

Nexus serves as the go-to communication service for Birdeye. The service handles all email and sms communication of Birdeye on behalf of its clients. Auditing, Scalability and Scheduling are the pillar points on which it stands.

Survey Migration

Survey became the first micro-service of Birdeye, being migrated from the existing monolithic architecture to a faster and much efficient micro service, using the latest technologies and frameworks.

Reports Revamp

As part of the performance enhancement project, the entire reporting module of Birdeye was restructured to a new architecture. The reporting database was migrated from Mysql to Elastic-Search, bringing down the response time by huge margins.
