• Improved customer shipment tracking experience by designing and developing an asynchronous, event driven, loosely coupled and dynamically configurable system for sending notifications to merchants across different channels resulting in 18.5% reduction in contacts per shipment booked and 14% reduction in pick-up failures across 1800 shipments.
• Rectified product OPS numbers, reduced customer onboarding time and resolved integration issues with e-procurement systems by standardizing CXML messages across different products
• Detected and mitigated security risk by developing a custom URL encoding algorithm to prevent stored XSS attack
• Worked on and resolved many customer issues, high severity tickets, continuous deployment errors, recurring issues while being on-call for Global Trade and Amazon Business teams.

• Enabled merchants to go paperless and handle customs clearance hassle free by designing and implementing an orchestration workflow for pre-filling and fetching customs document templates, asynchronously uploading documents and transferring them to the external carriers. The project received an adoption rate of 47.2% across 2050 shipments.
• Unblocked developers and QAs saving weeks of efforts by implementing a testing mechanism to test front-end changes without depending upon the backend code or infra by mocking the backend calls using Mock Service Worker
• Improved customer experience in handling shipment booking issues by developing end-to-end error handling strategy starting from the last layer of external carrier integration, spanning all microservices in between till the front-end where the customer observes the error message
• Designed and developed payment processor microservice for cross-border shipment workflows to manage the complete invoicing life cycle.

• Worked in Wireless domain as member of WLAN Power FW team and Bluetooth FW Audio team
• Worked on implementation of WLAN Power Saving mechanisms on simulator
• Developed co-simulator for WLAN Power Management Module in C and C++
