Starfish LLM Model Development: As part of the Starfish LLM project, I spearheaded the setup and scoping of the first team dedicated to supporting Large Language Model (LLM) development within the organization. I identified, trained, and led a team of catalog specialists, subject matter experts, and managers to build their understanding of LLMs and the development process. This effort delivered an additional 12% of training labels to improve model fine-tuning and achieve coverage across 138 product types. In 2024, Expanded the same to 44 HC across 9 languages with 1 PM, 2 OMs and 2 SMEs across 4 sites while extending scope to Media Product Types (Books, Movies, Music, Software) which required different SOPs.

Starfish Vanguard: Led a hastily assembled manual curation team to provide short-term support for Starfish LLM. The goal is to help Starfish achieve its 2024 catalog quality improvement targets. Within just 3 weeks, I executed a program framework centered on "Minimal Effort, Maximum Throughput" strategies. The team are on track to deliver the annual target by curating over 100,000 high-traffic products in the Amazon catalog.

• Supported large-scale projects in the org focusing on governance, process automation and developing actionable insights by embracing new technologies and innovative mechanisms. Acted as a liaison between different stakeholders including product teams, engineering, science and IT to ensure project alignment and successful execution

Artemis LLM Co-Pilot: To secure approval for product development, I supported the creation of a successful proof-of-concept. This LLM-based co-pilot aims to enhance task efficiency across the organization. By developing a strategic Coverage vs Complexity grid, I identified that 47% of tasks, spanning 55% of headcount, fell within the product's scope. Throughout the development process, I facilitated multiple collaborative working sessions with all stakeholders.

2. Promotion Streamlining: Through comprehensive analysis of the existing promotion process, innovative solutions like identifying tools, and effective implementation efforts, I helped in streamlining and improving the promotion process in the org for Levels 2 and 3, enhancing transparency, reducing manager dependence, and facilitating career development opportunities for associates. I worked closely with the Tech team to configure workflows, set up UATs, resolve issues, and automate the onboarding process. Performed failure mode analysis to ensure all risks are assessed before deploying the product across 2 sites in Europe with 23.5% coverage across the org.

• Established data governance frameworks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of catalog data. Implemented robust quality assurance processes to regularly audit and maintain high standards of catalog data.
• Continuously analyzed catalog operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance catalog accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency. I introduced the comprehensive Associate Quality Framework. Throughout 2023, this framework ensured consistent, high-quality operations, before being revised and refined in 2024 to further optimize performance.
• Developed and executed strategic plans to improve catalog quality, aligning these efforts with the overall business objectives of the stakeholder teams. One of these proposals was converted into a full-time program in 2024, while two additional proposals were considered for implementation in 2025.
• As a mentor, I guided 7 leaders, including Program Managers and Operations Managers, through onboarding, scaling up their responsibilities, and advancing their professional development.

• As a Managing Partner at Aura Clothing, I played a key role in overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. I developed a team of 100+ employees, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
