2. Project 2 - Scottish Widows (Insurance company ) - (Non Voice Process)

Description: worked in a process - Agent Management , the process is to accept the request of the customer or on behalf of the customer and update the current servicing agent as per the requirement or request and update the customer and the agent through email.

• worked for Norton and lifelock products
• help and provide guidance to customers to solve their issues regarding viruses,
• Analyzed and developed service goals for in-bound call center.
• Removed malware, ransomware, and other threats from laptops and desktop systems.

• We need to handle system generated calls and connect with the customer and explain them regarding their credit card bill payment with axis bank and ask them for their monthly credit payments
• And update their response in the required portal
