• Developed a connect flow for available stocks using stock API which takes input from amazon lex bot and gives the stock details to the customer on request via IVR
• Performed unit testing and accordingly moved the changes to higher environments
• Worked on brief documentations of end-to-end connect flows

Unum Project

• Major deployment process in the project which includes basic learning on the Git commands, Pipeline execution, Deployment requirements of both the developer and test engineer.
• Learning different AWS services such as lambda, s3, and dynamodb.
• Requirement gathering to trigger an auto email for customers who comes up with any issue.
• Worked on developing and testing call flow changes along with deploying it to prod.

Banking Domain Project

• Basic knowledge on github and terraform
• Worked on replication of Aws resources using terraform which include the services like cloudwatch, dynamodb, s3.
• Worked on customized cloud watch dashboards for historic metric using Aws lambda function
• Perform unit testing and handover to the testing team for functional and regression testing.

MA Health Connector Project

• Working with lambda functions to integrate with dynamodb, s3, and also to make API calls to other platforms like Salesforce and Mulesoft
• Coordinate with CRM team for amazon connect integration with Salesforce
• Perform unit, regression, smoke testing and deploy the flow to lower environments and moving it to production
• Worked on environment refresh activity for every quarter which involves the syncing aws with salesforce
• Prepare test case scenarios, update the using stories and raise bugs using Copado tool
• Monitoring the production system through Cloud watch to verify the functionality and technicality of the entire business, to report issues and work on the fixes required
• To work on tickets related to aws issues and on the fixes which involves agent-customer interaction.

Johnson & Johnson Project

• Responsible for handling amazon connect contact center service requests and fulfill them within SLA and client satisfaction
• Worked on a project with requirement of merging 16 region flows into 1 main call flow along with post call survey.
• Configuring Amazon connect security profile, Routing Profile, Reporting and queue metrics
• Experience in amazon connect reporting and logs analysis
• Co-ordinate with aws support team for any aws related upgrades and take the necessary action required
• Providing training on amazon connect.
