  • Built an interactive PowerBI Dashboard for US, MoW, Pre-Order, which will help Service Providers analyze the current orders or request which are due in the ticketing system and the ability to view those requests as per their customer’s name, age, status, type of product and type of bandwidth.
  • Built an interactive PowerBI dashboard to view the US Billing orders view as per year, month and to have a trend in the same page as US orders and showcase what was the cycle time per month on closed/billed orders

Bandwidth Utilization Data Analysis

  • Built an interactive PowerBI Dashboard to drive potential new business and in-year revenue with accounts heavy in bandwidth utilization of current ADI and AVPN circuits.

  • Based on customers' historical transactions, RFM analysis focuses on 3 main aspects of customers' transactions: recency, frequency and purchase amount
  • Understanding these behaviors will allow businesses to cluster different customers into groups and assign a loyalty badge (Ex: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)

Direct Market Reseller 

  • SharePoint plays the role of Frontend where SPs share their relevant IMEIs data on a weekly basis, Team collects this data from 8 different customers and manually groups them via MS Excel, upon which this data is loaded to NDAC application to integrate with IOT & Teradata volumes
  • Once the upload is done NDAC application takes around 8-12 hours to return the mapped volumes based on the SQL query which is predefined
  • By identifying the complexity in processing IMEI's & to eliminate overhead of manual validation, Suggested to bring in Snowflake where the Data processing can be faster and effective and also build an automation for data processing & Visibility of data with our mobility partners using PowerBI/Tableau.
  • As on today we were able to fetch 100% accurate data mapping NDAC tool, including the individual counts of Active, Canceled in less than 10minutes
  • Billing team can work on compensation faster and more effective payments for revenue acceleration
