· Worked on state and federal government requirements and Layers.

· Involved in full cycle Recruitment, sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract to hire and permanent positions.

· Daily use of applicant tracking system (ATS), posting available positions and searching resumes.

· Explain duties, compensation, benefits and working conditions to all potential candidates.

· Understanding the client requirements, short listing and screening consultant.

· Presenting fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.

· Sourcing and screening potential consultants from effective usage of Internal Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking

· Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates from (Monster, Career Builder, Dice, ATS, LinkedIn)

· Experienced in Cold calling, Test Screening, Short listing, scheduling interviews, updating the candidates, placing to the Project.

· Experienced in negotiating the rate part, analyzing the requirement as well as the candidates.

· Have done excellent resume presentation and resume justification to client to push our candidate for the most suitable requirements.

· Taking feedback from Client and candidate, once the interview is done.

· Maintaining the internal candidate database and work performance report on a regular basis

· Recruitment tools: ATS, Monster, Career Builder, Dice & LinkedIn
