Architected and led the transformation of an existing Analytics Hub from a monolithic system to a scalable, distributed microservices-based architecture, enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Designed and developed a generic connector framework to integrate various BI tools using SDKs and REST APIs, enabling seamless data exchange.

• Implemented a high-performance event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka, facilitating real-time data streaming, decoupling services, and ensuring fault tolerance.

• Developed and optimized AD synchronization and authentication/authorization modules, improving security, access control, and user management across enterprise applications.

• Conducted in-depth feasibility studies on system design, technology stack selection, and performance tuning to optimize application efficiency.

• BSS Open API implementation for the partners and inhouse service integrations
• Omnichannel CRM portal design and development
• Knowledgebase management design and service orchestration
• Involved with Presales teams to understand the telecom operators requirements and customization needs on top of the base platform

Open APIs with API aggregator was the key and crux for the whole BSS stack which is designed and developed with scalability as the key driver!

CRM and Case and Knowledge management Services are majorly the customer personnel facing tools to engage the end users and workflow and workforce automation aspects

Contributed to Design and Development of Decisive Search Application for Recommind Software, which is now part of OpenText.

Recommind's decisive search application suite is widely used across the law firms in Germany and other EU countries.

The core lexical generation and search processing with heterogeneous connectors to pull in the data is the core module and heart of the system, which is developed completely by me and my team in ?Hyderabad

This was a very tiny duration at that time, was working on a POC solution the RFID and asset tracking space
